The 2004 National Convention

We are pleased to announce that the 2004 National Conference will be in Baguio,  this will be on April 15-17, 2004.  The theme for this year's national conference, as we have announced during the Midyear conference last October at UST is:  PHILOSOPHY AND GOVERNANCE.
